The chassis of the RHODOLITE has been dimensioned for

optimal power transfer without compromising the ride quality.

KONSTRUCTIVE uses load optimized frame segments with

specially designed cross sections for the down tube and the seat

tubes, as well as a special design process during manufacturing.

This improves the already high damping characteristics of

the frame and enhances the overall ride quality even on the

roughest of roads.

The frame geometry has been optimized for race oriented

Cyclo-Cross courses and is characterized by its cornering ability

and acceleration. On race day, this can give you the decisive

advantage over your competition.

The chassis of the Zeolite – consisting of the down tube, the

seat tube and the chain stays – is optimized for maximum

power transfer without compromising the ride quality. In this

design we use our load specific frame technologies for optimal

stiffness and low over-all weight. Thus the Zeolite frame offers

the opportunity to be fast on the road and off the road as well:

simply Cyclo-Cross.

The ZEOLITE captivates through its race oriented geometry with very agile ride

characteristics, through its classic looks and through the modern component specs with

the most advanced drivetrains and hydraulic disc brakes on the market. As a result the

ZEOLITE offers exceptional off-road mobility and steering precision, which make it into a

Cyclo-Cross bike at the top of its class.

The IOLITE Mountain Bike is also available as super-light High-

End Bike for kids with disc brakes and suspension fork.

For best performance we use custom-made carbon fiber frame

segments to build IOLITE frames. This creates an extremely

stiff carbon chassis of the IOLITE with a harder than normal

surface. You can even hear it when you knock on the frame,

it sounds more like metal than a conventional carbon frame.

The special round carbon tubing is another distinctive mark of

KONSTRUCTIVE frames as it offers the best weight to stiffness

ratio which maximises energy transfer on the bike.

The IOLITE is our revolutionary 29er bike, where not only the wheel size but also the frame

construction is puposely fitted to the area of use. Our goal was to develop an extremely

fast and nimble race-bike that was sturdy enough for tough terrain, long tours and races.

The IOLITE performs very well under the most challenging off-road cycling conditions.

The geometry allows the use of rigid forks as well as suspension forks with 100 mm or

120 mm lengths in order to tune the ride characteristics according to every rider‘s needs.

The beautifully welded steel-frame is made of the highest

grade tapered tubes we could find. Just like all of our other

models, the TANZANITE is of course manufactured by the finest

craftsman in Europe and assembled in Berlin, Germany.

Some would even call it ENDURO, we call it R.A.M.: Ride and

Race All Mountain. With the large range of compatible fork-

travel lengths of 100 to 140 mm, everybody can find their

perfect setup to have fun in even the gnarliest terrain. In our

standard setup with a 120 mm fork and the KONSTRUCTIVE all-

mountain-kit we get a complete weight of 10,5 kg. The bike will

not weigh you down on the climbs but be a trustful companion

on all your epic rides no matter if you are going up or down.

Typical for KONSTRUCTIVE CYCLES is the consideration of every detail to make this

model ready for every circumstance: agile all-mountain-geometry, front derrailleur

compatibility, single-speed compatibility and adjustable chainstay length (425 – 435

mm) through rocker-drop-outs, ISCG 05-mount, post-mount discbrake mount, room for

wide tires, exchangeable drop-outs for different axle standards, and lots of other great
