Weston deemed the best housing marketAs one of the top-tier real estate markets in

Broward County, Weston has recovered from

the housing collapse more quickly than any

other town in the County. With its “A” rated

schools, five-star amenities and stunning

landscaping, median prices in Weston are

currently just 18% short of their May 2006 high.

Weston residents were able to get through

the crisis and stay in their homes until prices

recovered. Many other Broward residents were

not as fortunate.
