Strategy/ Activity: Activity : Note ExpansionPre-writing
1. Get pupils to read the instruction for the note expansion.2. Discuss the keywords under each picture given.3. Pupils are allowed to construct a few sentences for discussion.
While writing1. Pupils attempt the note expansion in 30 minutes.2. Teacher picks an answer from a student at random to use as
sample checking and discussion. 3. Pupils copy the improved version of the answer into the Composition book as future reference.
4. Teacher sums up today’s lesson.
IMPACT
Sentences construct made my pupils get mad and tension. They ability to constructs they own sentences were low. They need guide and every time I asked them to imagine and try to make simple sentences they need time to write it. I need to think of new invention to teach them how to write simple sentences in my next class.
