IT IS NOT JUST ME WHO IS SICK OF KPMG PROMOTING MASSIVE CORPORATE TAX SHELTERS WHILE AT
THE SAME TIME BLAMING OTHERS SO KPMG CAN CONTINUE TO MAKE 100S OF MILLIONS AT THE
EXPENSE OF THE LIVES OF THE INNOCENT.
IF YOU WORK AT KPMG, IN EITHER AUDIT OR TAX YOU ARE LIKELY COMMITTING FRAUD. IN FACT IT
DOES NOT EVEN MATTER IF YOUY THINK YOU ARE COMMITTING FRAUD BECAUSE TO SAVE ITSELF KPMG
WILL ENSURE THAT YOU ARE THROWN IN PRISON TO BE ASS RAPED BY ANGRY BLACKS WHO HATE
WHITES AND YOUR FAMILY MEMBERS WILL COMMIT SUICIDE IN A BLOODY DISGUSTING MANNER DUE
TO THE HUMILIATION KPMG WILL BRING TO YOU AND YOUR FAMILY WITH THE MASSIVE LIES IT WILL
TELL TO THE GOVERNMENT.
BEWARE KPMGers, THIS COULD BE YOU. FEAR KPMG DUE TO THE MASSIVE LIES IT WILL TELL THE U.S.
GOVERNMENT.
It is not enough that KPMG, Skadden Arps, fat pig Bob Bennett, fat pig Bobs henchman Peter Morrison,
Michael Hamersley of Hamersley Partners, Dennis Malloy the lying thieving murdering Mormon Bishop,
Joseph Loonan the hanging lawyer for KPMG absolutely destroyed and devastated one of their partners
lives such that he can barely function and directly caused the mother of his daughter Jane to kill herself
in a violent disgusting manner with their monumental lies to the U.S. government.
No that is not enough for KPMG, now word has it, KPMG is threatening the former partner (KPMG
already lied about the former partner and directly caused him to be ass raped, beaten and tortured )
and KPMG is threatening the former partners children (KPMG already lied to the Government so much
that Federal agents raided the home of his children and his sisters children brandishing automatic
weapons forever destroying their lives).

Say it is not so KPMG, KPMG even maintains that somehow this broken down ass raped soul is
threatening KPMG when all the ass raped partner wants to do is die (the ass raped partner dreams of
taking a gun and blowing his own brains out every day).
KPMG and its lying thieving scumbag henchman have nothing to fear from the ass raped partner, KPMG
destroyed the ass raped partners life, killed his girl friend and left his daughter motherless, what moredoes KPMG want?
The ass raped partner already craves death, does KPMG want the ass raped partner to kill himself right
now just so he does not have to remember the horrors of being held down by 10 black guys who shoved
shards of plastic into their cocks and ass raped him for days, directly as a result of the lies told by KPMG.
In fact, everyone of KPMGs lieshave been proven to be lies, fk, the ass raped partners trades made
millions in profits (according to the Governments experts) exactly the opposite of all the KPMG lies.
KPMG destroyed the ass raped partners life and now it is not only yet again threatening the ass raped
partner but claiming it feels in danger and threatened, by what may I ask????
The only thing KPMG and its lying thieving henchman should fear is the next life if there is one, they won
big time in this life but I guess that is not enough for KPMG.
I will say it again, if you work for KPMG and something goes amiss (like using special purpose vehicles to
hide losses or accrue revenues not yet earnedor any other myriad of fraudulent tax and accounting
transactions), KPMG will lie about you, turn you over to the government to be ass raped, beaten and
tortured, destroy the lives of your family members and I guess, come back after you yet again if you can
still breath after all that and threaten you and your family. KPMG has no honor.
Geez, look at the publication below, KPMG advocates creating fake entities and treaty shopping justto avoid new laws passed by our precious president trying to collect more revenues so we can stop
borrowing from the Chinese. When the government usually calls this tax fraud (unless a former
government employee devised the strategy). Way to go KPMG!!!!!!!
Beware if you work at KPMG or are a KPMG client and you engage in any of KPMGs so called planning
strategies, KPMG may end up lying about your activities and turning you over to the government so
that you are ass raped for life in a U.S. prison (believe it will seem like 100 lifetimes) and utterly destroy
the lives of your children (and if by some reason that is not enough apparently KPMG will come back
again and threaten you and the lives of your children)
Anyone working for KPMG should be ashamed and clearly has no honor.

Switzerland: Making Poverty Reality Northern Rock: The Treasury caves in
KPMG: tax haven promoter
KPMG, Making Poverty Reality, Tax Havens, Tax management
Dec 182007
KPMG have issued a report saying:
Cyprus, Ireland, and Switzerland are the top three countries in a league table of European tax systems,
compiled by KPMG International, in which major business organizations across Europe assessed the
attractiveness of their domestic tax regimes.
This was based on:
more than 400 interviews of tax professionals in multinational companies across Europe. Survey
participants were asked how attractive they believed their countrys tax regime was compared with
other European states.
And what does the overall result actually say? Quite simply that these people dont like paying tax. Its
not just that these three countries are all tax havens, the next two were as well (Malta and Estonia,
which offers 0% tax for corporations). Which makes the findings a little trite, if I can be candid (for once).
The only redeeming feature was this comment by Sue Bonney of KPMG:
I was interested to see that a complex tax regime is seen as a hindrance to competitiveness, but
relatively few people felt that a simpler system with a low rate can help make businesses more
competitive. Governments across the world have been using tax as a lever to encourage inward
investment for many years, but these results help to confirm that a benign tax regime is only part of the
package which makes a business competitive. Good infrastructure, a high quality workforce and access
to raw materials and markets are all equally important.
True Sue. But what pays for good infrastructure, a high quality workforce and access to raw materials
and markets? Thats a question she clearly did not ask herself. If she had she would clearly have
understood that they are paid for by tax. And despite her interest in the conclusion her prescription was:
These results help to illustrate just how much businesses across Europe dislike uncertainty and
complexity. The volume of tax legislation is huge and its interpretation is often opaque. Simplification
presents a real challenge for European tax authorities.
Which is not, of course, what the survey found. But it is what KPMG wants. KPMG is, after all, the
biggest tax haven operator in the Big 4 (see page 130 here). And as we know, those who promote tax
havens seek to shift the burden of tax onto these least able to afford it the ordinary people of the
world. All of which suggests to me that KPMG is working to Make Poverty Reality.

One Response to KPMG: tax haven promoter

The volume of tax legislation is huge and its interpretation is often opaque.
It is I think rather ironic that Sue Bonney of KPMG, whose trade and income as a tax adviser depends to
a significant extent on precision in language, failed to say what (I think) she meant, which I am guessingwas something like:
The volume of tax legislation is huge and its meaning is often opaque.
However, I agree with what she originally said, the meaning of which is that those who interpret tax
legislation often do so in an opaque manner. And as a tax adviser in a commercial law firm, I often see
tax opinions issued by the Big 4 to our mutual clients many of which in my opinion are of poor quality
technically, are sometimes plain wrong and are almost invariably couched in caveats and disclaimers, all
of which makes these opinions unfit for their purpose: to tell the client what to do.
In my experience KPMG are the worst offenders here, with PWC running them a close second.
Sorry, the comment form is closed at this time.
