KRASO® Sealing Insert Type TD-X The trio seal of a superior class

► Three-way sealing with a 60 mm seal (3 x 20 mm) with specially developed sealing rubber► 20% thicker steel plates made of non-corrosive stainless steel► Two circular pressure disks to provide even sealing and pressure distribution► More studs for even pressure distribution► Welded-on studs instead of through-bolts

You are always on the safe side with the KRASO® Sealing Insert Type TD-X: All the advantages of KRASO® Sealing Inserts are combined here and made even better: Thicker steel, more studs and 60 mm thick sealing rubber made of a specially developed material with even better sealing characteristics. Added to this are two novel circular pres-sure disks that guarantee optimal pressure distribution even with media pipes that are not flat, structured SML and TML pipes or if there is ovality or core drillings with blowholes.

Taken together, this means sealing against pressurized water up to 10 bar!

►Double sealing with 40 mm seal (2 x 20 mm) with specially soft sealing rubber ► 5 mm thick steel plates made of non-corrosive stainless steel►With a central pressure distributor plate for the reliable sealing of ribbed and corrugated media pipes►More studs for even pressure distribution►Welded-on studs instead of through-bolts

Corrugated and ribbed pipes have become essential in media lines and pipes in residential and industrial buildings. We developed the KRASO® Sealing Insert Type DD/GR so that these lines as well can be sealed reliably against pressurized water. Thanks to an especially soft sealing rubber and central pressure distribution plate the media pipes can be sealed off securely without any risk of damage.

Due to its variable layers KRASO® Sealing Insert Universal DD can be used for different sizes of media pipes or cab-les and is secure as well as reliable with its 40 mm sealing against pressing water up to 1,5 bar. Stainless steel V2A, high quality rubber sealing and welded-on bolts instead of through-bolts represent the quality of this sealing insert.

Our standard sealing inserts KRASO® Type ED + DD are in no way standard regarding quality, we ensure first class quality! As with all of our products we guarantee a well-engineered construction and high quality materials: 5 cm strong clamping plates, welded-on studs instead of through-bolts, better sealing characteristics due to the specially developed rubber mixture. MPA – tested and construction-site approved!
