The Client was in active preparation to make a great marketing impact on its target audience. With this goal in mind, Kreston Digital developed a white paper, providing the results of gaming industry research and a global games market outlook for 2015-2018.
The reports were posted on the client’s landing page, and traffic is generated by advertising in social networks and through e-mail campaigns.
In just 3 months, the client signed 2 contracts and attracted 15 potential clients.
The Client set a target of attracting leads for a remote software development service model.
We developed a customer journey map and selected several channels of communication with the target audience.
One of the best-received solutions for this client was a dynamic content landing page with a special con-cept of AdWords, which reduced the cost of lead generation by 80%.
The client was looking for funding to implement his business idea. To justify the creation of a new web accounting service, the project needed in-depth analysis of market prospects and financial forecasts.
We conducted a meticulous market study, prepared a solid business plan and transformed the business idea to became plausible and of greater value to the customer.
Result: funding was received in full. The product was launched on the market.

A big travel tour operator expressed the will to increase the amount of customers by 300% in 2 years. The Client received a special grant for business and digital strategy stages, and later was going to fundraise.
The strategy comprised strengthening one of the core business segments, web application development and promotion, as well as strong digital marketing campaigns.
A venture Investor was considering the possibility of software development with further promotion of a new P2P real estate platform on the international market. Before the actual kick-off, the client was seeking to make sure the startup would have the expected marketing capacity.
We investigated the market of P2P services for real estate lease/sale potential in Canada, the USA and UAE, Europe, Ukraine and Russia. Ergo, our experts created models of P2P services with the highest rates of success, popularity, profitability etc.
Kreston GCG works with the EBRD, providing advisory services in strategy, marketing and finance to Ukrainian companies.
As part of the grant agreement with the EBRD, we have developed a business strategy for one of the most dynamic players in the Ukrainian market of IT-services – MMI Group – looking to target US and European markets.
