STOP MOTION?S t o p m o t i o n i s a cinematic process, or technique used to makes static objects appear as if they were moving. T h i s t e c h n i q u e i s c o m m o n l y u s e d i n claymation and puppet-based animation. PANANGpanang pork curry
Ingredients•1 cup (250 ml) coconut cream•1 cup (250 ml) coconut milk•1/3 cup basic Thai red curry paste (see related recipe)
•500g pork fillet,thinly sliced disgonally •2 tbs palm sugar•2 tbs fish sauce •8 kaffir lime leaves,4 torn,4 shredded•1/2 cup Thai basil•1 long red chilli,thinly sliced•Steamed rice or noodles,to serve
Method1.Combine coconut cream and milk in a bowl. Pour 1/2 into a wok and cook over high heat for 6-8 minutes or until oil begins to separate. Add curry paste and cook for 2 minutes or until fragrant.2.Add pork to wok and stir-fry for 2-4 minutes or until cooked, then add remaining coconut mixture and bring to the boil. Stir in sugar, fish sauce and torn kaffir lime leaves. Serve curry scattered with remaining basil, shredded kaffir lime leaves and chilli, on top of rice or rice noodles.rice

A Process of creating an iBook
Step 1:Think of topic that students are interested and collect all information from resources.
Step 2:List subtopics for book, categorize information and then start writing books based on a fact.
CHOSEN TOPIC
Step 3:Process of making media; there are 5 interactive media that are needed to add into iBook. So students have to create their own media, for example; photo album, movie, presentation, quiz or even 3D object.
AN IBOOK OUTLINE
Learning by doing..
Before starting the class, we need to let them know what they are going to do step-
by-step with this project. Planning for their lesson for a better work.
A Process of creating an iBookStep 4:Start writing the content down themselves on iBook Author Application.
Step 5:Design for a good layout in their books and put all created media into category. Finally check their completed books.
