Description
The KS Series vibrating screens work on the throw principle and make practically circularmovements.
Circular vibrating screens are always inclined downwards, to keep the layer of the material low.
Functionning
The machine is powered by an electric motorand a cardan shaft to the drive shaft adjustablesingle unbalanced weight. An additional V-belt is
provided if necessary. The drive shaft is mountedin fully tested, felt-lubricated, self-aligning rollers.Oil lubrication can be supplied on request.

The screening machine is bearing-mounted on hollow rubber springs, since the following advantages
do not come into play with helical springs: hollow rubber springs reduce dynamic forces; operate withlow noise; have a peak run-on and run-out properties and have long service lives.

Screening elements are preferable attached with screws to simplify servicing.
