Safety - Anti Bullying & E-Safety

We will not tolerate bullying at BBS and we are always looking out for any incidents in lessons and during social time. Students must come and talk to use if there has been an incident on social media the night before or use the email address below. We can help!

[email protected]

Students can also use this email if they see anything that they should not have seen on the internet or if someone is trying to contact them using social media or preferably tell someone in school.

Safety - Anti Bullying & E-SafetyWe will be asking students to submit applications to become one of 12 Anti-Bullying Ambassadors

Restorative JusticeRestorative processes bring those harmed by conflict and those responsible for the harm, into communication, enabling everyone affected by a particular incident to play a part in repairing the harm and finding a positive way forward.

The restorative processes give victims the chance to tell offenders the real impact of the harm caused, to get answers to their questions and an apology.

The restorative processes holds offenders to account for what they have done, helps them understand the real impact of what theyve done, to take responsibility and make amends.

Address conflictBuild understandingStrengthen relationshipsWe want all students in Year 10 and 11 to have a safe and enjoyable place to learn and for them to all to lead by example

These are very important years and students will never get them back!

Be the best you can be! Your target! We assume students will make 3 levels of progress from Year 7 as an absolute minimumThis forms the basis of interventionsTarget grades would put the student in the top 25% of similar students nationallyKS2GCSE3D4C5B6A
