Subscriber Services & TermsThank you for your patience as we process your order. This procedure is time consuming and is designed to honor those who have been generous and loyal patrons, and to be fair to everyone involved. Due to immense demand, the KSO Box Office will respond to hundreds of seating requests, and will do their best to make every patron comfortable in the auditorium.
PAYMENTSPayments are required and will be processed at the time of order. Receipt of payment does not guarantee accommodation of specific seating requests.
TICKET EXCHANGESThe KSO exchange policy is designed to help subscribers avoid schedule conflicts and receive the full value of series tickets. Subscribers may exchange their tickets for any other concert in the current season, excluding KSO @ the Movies. Exchanges must be requested no later than 48 hours in advance of a performance to allow for appropriate processing. Exchanges will not be honored the day of a performance or once a performance has passed.
There will be a $5 processing fee on ALL TICKET ORDERS placed with the KSO office. No fee is charged to subscribers for exchanging tickets. However, if you are exchanging lower priced tickets for more expensive tickets, the difference in ticket prices will be charged. The difference for exchange requests into a lower-priced performance or section will not be refunded.
Exchanges will be honored at the per concert subscription ticket price. All exchanges are subject to availability, and seat locations cannot be guaranteed. For popular concerts, concerts on different days or in a different series, you may have to exchange for seats in a lower-priced section.
NO REFUNDSTickets are subject to prior sale. All subscription and non-subscription ticket sales are final.
TICKET DONATIONSPatrons unable to attend a concert may return concert tickets to the KSO 48 hours prior to a show as a tax-deductible donation. Value of the donation is equal to the paid value of each ticket returned.
