Promotion should be based on performance or experience.

Semester: III

The goal of group discussion is to assess the some of the characteristics of the

candidates which are cumbersome to ascertain. Moderators and Evaluators asses

communication skills, presentation skills, time management, leadership qualities,

problem solving abilities, critical thinking, body language as well as confidence

level.

We attempted to provide our students first hand experience of the GD to make sure

that students should be able to attend GDs with confidence.

Numbers of students attended: 2 batches (each batch 12 students)

Remarks: After GD, faculty member counseled students individually and inputs

were provided to improvise their performance.

Semester: I

Date: Every between 3:00 pm to 3:50 pm.

To hone students towards making them employable students are made to watch

TED Talk from renowned personalities from different domains.

Students are motivated to carve their goals, proctors are putting consistent efforts to

assure each and every student is enlightened to achieve their set goals.

Remarks: Individual attention was given to make students to improve their

Objective was to teach Principles of Management through activity.

Students understood importance of planning, cooperation and coordination.

2. Move tennis ball - Team building game.

Objective was to teach students about planning, importance of balancing,

understanding strengths and weaknesses of team members.
