One of Poland's most acclaimed chefs, Adam Chrząstowski, is supervising preparations of an exquisite menu with Polish dishes based on home-grown produce for the high-level meetings in Poland and Brussels. Foreign delegations and journalists visiting Poland during the Presidency will receive a set of Polish cooking recipes, modernized and re-arranged by 16 chefs, including three foreigners working in some of the best restaurants in Poland. The starting point to each recipe is a produce widely associated with Polish cuisine (e.g. herring, cucumber, groats, poppy seed, game). Each recipe is preceded by a clear description of the produce, including its cultural context. The publication is additionally attractive thanks to modern illustrations.
