4. Maintenance Cost : The lowest in maintenance cost (US$ 848/per Mechanical Unit).

5. Reliability : The second best of trip downtime (0.2% on capacity with reliability of 96.1% capacity

6. Personnel : The hourly of personnel cost is 2rd ranked (US$ 20 per hour).
