“Come, follow me,” Jesus said, “I will make you fishers of men.” - Matthew 4: 19
The gospels are filled with invitations from Je-sus to follow him. He calls out to people, and they drop their fishing nets and follow, becom-ing his disciples. While following Him, Jesus shows them, and us, a new way of living.
WHO WE ARE
Camp Kuriakos is rich in history and full of vision for the future. Our programs are open to everyone, and groups of all kinds use Kuriakos facilities for their important gatherings.
MEET THE STAFF
Staff members are chosen for their ability to serve as authentic Christian role models in witness to our Lord, and their ability to nurture caring relationships with campers. Two weeks of training prior to summer camp equips
college-age staff to serve as effective leaders for all campers. Year-round senior staff have years of experience in Christian leadership.

LEADERSHIP and VOLUNTEERING
Camp is the perfect place to develop skills in leadership and independence. As volunteer leadership students, camp is an opportunity to make friends for life, learn something new, and grow in faith.
Our NEW Leaders in Training (L.I.T.) program offers leadership training for wherever you are. At church, at school, at camp. Join us for three nights of camp, and have fun with your peers while learning and practicing. This program is a pre-requisite for first-time SITs. If you’d like a full week, register for Sr. Adventure, too!
Leaders in Training age 14-18 July 3 - 6 $125
The SIT program provides practical leadership experience. Students work with a counsellor to help their cabin group have the best week possible; they assist with leading all kinds of activities, giving you a taste of what serving at camp is all about. Applications available March 1 to May 1.
Have you been a SIT or Staff Member before? Volunteer as a GAPPER, and help us prepare, clean up, and lead.
Other volunteer opportunities are available. Check it out!
