'Disclosure and Transparency, KFH would like to report the

following:

The First Instance Court ruled to exonerate the

(Plaintiff: Gulf Investment House) from any

Indebtedness to the (First Defendant: KR!) in

connection to the signed Credit Limit Agreements

between them, which have been asserted In Execution

File No. 172507830 (Execution Department • Palace of Justice), where KFH (The Bank) has suirogated all the

rights resulting from the Credit Limit Agreements to a

third party during the Court proceedings. Accordingly,

there is no financial impact on KFH (The Bank).

Attached is Appendix (8) 'Disclosure of Lawsuits and Court

Judgments' for your reference. A copy of the same has been submitted to CMA.

There is no financial impact on KFH (The Bank) as

the Bank has subrogated all the rights resulting

from the credit limit agreements to a third party

during the Court proceedings. This was proven by

the claim expert in his report which the court

considered in its ruling.

KFH will assess the reasons of the ruling (once the

ruling is received) to asses appealing it based on

the reasons.
