How Does It Work?
1. An associate joins any Market Center and names you as their sponsor.
2. The associate closes transactions and pays their normal franchise fee.
3. KW contributes a portion of its franchise fee to your Growth Share. Note: You are sharing in the company’s income.
4. Growth Share is automatically paid to you at the end of each quarter.
5. After three years and a day, you are “vested.”
6. If allowed by your laws, you can will your Growth Share to beneficiaries.
