What are KYC requirements?

• Know Your Customer (KYC) is mandatory requirement to enable us to know / understand our customers better and help us protect your identity as well as our jobseekers

• Process of KYC includes verifying the identity and address of customers

• KYC document approval is needed for activation of any new subscription. In case of non-compliance, newly purchased subscriptions will not be activated for use.

What documents are required?For accounts of companies / partnership firms /

trust / association / banks / foundation

PAN Card in the name of company

Address Proof in the name of company (any 1 of the following):• Telephone Bill• Electricity Bill• Water Bill• Bank Account Statement• Credit Card statement• Service Tax / Sales Tax/ TAN• Govt. Registration Certificate• Lease Proof• Certificate of Incorporation• Shop and Establishment certificate*Please ensure that Utility bills etc. are of period not older than 3 months

For accounts of proprietorship / individuals

PAN Card in the name of the individual

Address Proof of the individual (any 1 of the following):• Passport• Voter's Identity Card• Driving License• Telephone Bill• Electricity Bill• Bank Account Statement*Please ensure that Utility bills etc. are of period not older than 3 months

And And

Both PAN Card and Address Proof are mandatory

How can you submit your KYC documents?

1. Login to your Naukri Super User

account

2. Go to Submit KYC Documents

3. Fill in your details and upload your PAN card

and Address Proof

4. We will process the documents and update your status

3. Fill in your details and upload your PAN card and Address Proof

Entity type of your organization

PAN Number in “Company name” registered with Naukri.comIf you are individual / proprietor, then PAN in name of “Contact Person”

PAN Card copy

If you have applied for PAN, you need to submit acknowledgement of Form 49A, and submit PAN card copy within 15 days

Upload address proof for this address

Address proof type depends on your entity type

Your new subscriptions will be activated only after your KYC documents are approved

• Your currently active subscriptions will not be affected

• You will need to re-submit both PAN Card and Address Proof again when you update your Company or Contact information

In case you have applied for PAN CardNaukri.com

Subscriptions will be activated without any

extension

The running subscriptions will be deactivated
