Automatic Tabber & Stringer

ARTS 1200 automatic tabbing / stringing machine.

The automatic tabber and stringer solder the ribbons and connect the front of one cell to the back of the other the front of one cell to the back of the other. It is developed special automatic equipment with Hot air soldering technology. This technology warrants a breakage rate lesser than 0.4%. The machine provides of 5 stations

2.Accrute Fluxing systemFlux is dispensed to the bus bar line of the cell by spray system.

4.Soldering The soldering station is performed by our unique hot air soldering system. 2 Preheating zones controlled by PID to protect the cell breakage.

Cell string passed on inspection are turned over and transported on a tray which can be loaded 6 strings. Automatic tray change.
