GENERAL PROBLEMS OF KG UNIVERSITIES IN TERMS OF QUALITY

HEIs are not ready to run independent accreditation. Preparation is still in the process

Lack of understanding of the fully implemented QAS as a whole system in the universities

QA departments are either lack of the HR, or its obligations are divided between different people

Weak monitoring system of QAS and external stakeholders

BAFE 1. To improve and make permanent regulating system for collection and analyses if different information coming from different educational programs

2. Need in external verification of exam tests (involving employees and other stakeholders)

NSU 1. Need to create permanent admission office regulating admission requirements
