SR Series Oval Gear Flowmeters Regulate your oil to the perfect flow rate

SR oval gear flowmeters show the correct flow on the whole measurement range, even if oil temperature and/or viscosity changes. They provide continuous lubrication even if the gears jam. These oval gear flowmeters have a fail safe coil sensor and low pressure drop capability.

OCU Single and Multipoint Controller Controls and monitors flow rates of up to 4 lube points

This on-line controller is your solution for monitoring and controlling flow rates of individual lubrication points. The flow rates are measured with our SR oval gear flowmeters. If any deviation between the flow rate and the set point occurs the flow control valve automatically adjusts the flow rate to the set value.

Oilcol Oil Color Analyzer Eliminate time consuming, expensive sampling and laboratory analyses

The Oilcol’s fast online measurement detects changes in oil quality based on the visible light absorbance (transmittance) to indicate the ASTM D1500 color value of oil from 0.5 to 8.0.

As the measurement is performed online, the resonse is continuous which can be crucial in order to detect sudden changes in oil quality and react before failure of equipment occurs.

Constant Flow Regulators When keeping the flow of gas or liquid constant is crucial

A constant flow regulator is a device which maintains a constant flow rate regardless of pressure fluctuations within a distribution system.

A constant flow regulator works by the flow area being restricted as the differential pressure increases. This is achieved either by a piston compressing against a spring, thus reducing flow area, or a diaphragm rolling action progressively covering the available flow area.

You would use our stainless steel constant flow regulators for liquid flows in applications where supply or backpressure varies and for gas flows in applications where backpressure varies.

The use of a constant flow regulator can save machinery wear and money depending on the type of application. Kytola Instruments constant flow regulators are the membrane type and are differential pressure controllers, which are easy to take apart for cleaning or maintenance.

Klay Instruments Process Transmitters

Klay Instruments is a Dutch manufacturer of process instrumentation. Founded in 1978, Klay has built up a history in development, production and sales of process instrumentation. Their company is ISO 9001-2008 certified.

Klay produces a wide range of pressure and level transmitters in all “stainless steel” design. Both “analog” and “Intelligent” series are available with HART Protocol and Profibus PA. Many certificates are available, such as ATEX Ex, EHEDG food approvals, marine type approvals such as DNV, RINA and Lloyds. All industrial process connections are available more than 50.

Besides their pressure and level transmitters they also produce level switches, such as the all “stainless steel” tuning fork, level switch, Vibra-Switch”. Also a range of pressure switches and PT-100 temperature sensors are produced. All instruments are designed and produced in their factory in the Netherlands.
