needing several people for this. If you would be interested in doing this,

please see Tonya. _____________________ Larry Ballou and Charles Caudill’s Sunday School class will begin the study “Vertical Church” today.

They invite you to join them as they begin this

study which examines four requirements for a church

that is focused on God: unashamed adoration, un-apologetic preaching, un-

afraid witness, and un-ceasing prayer. Extra books are available.

Over the next several weeks we will be talking about Commitment Chal-

lenge 2017 at Fletcher Memorial. If you’re tired of just going through the

motions and want to devel-op a real and meaningful faith then join us as we

work throughout the next year to grow in our spiritu-al disciplines. The Com-mitment Challenge deals with 4 areas of Christian

growth: Individual growth, Growing as a group,

Serving God, and Spread-ing God’s message to others by “Each One

Youth Events & Announcements Souper Bowl Supper – Youth Service Project

January and February...Help us feed those in need in our area. Please bring a “Souper Bowl Supper”, con-

sisting of: a can of soup, a jar of peanut butter, jelly and a loaf of bread, and drop them off in the tubs in the fellowship hall. Food will be collected until Sunday, February 5th. The youth will deliver the food to Ashe

WinterJam Make plans now to attend WinterJam in Greensboro, NC on March 25th. We will spend the day in Greens-boro at the trampoline park and mall and attend the

concert that night. We will be returning home on March 26th.
