    So, what is Logix?

The Integrated Architecture portfolio includes products from 5 key families:

Logix, Kinetix, Stratix, View and PowerFlex

Logix is the combination of Programmable Automation Controllers (PACs)

with a common control engine and development environment ControlLogix (Large Control Systems) + Studio 5000

CompactLogixTM (Small to Medium Control Systems) + Studio 5000

GuardLogix (Safety Control Systems) + Studio 5000

The Studio 5000 Automation Engineering and Design Environment

combines engineering and design elements into one standard framework. The Logix Designer application is the evolution of RSLogix 5000 software and will

continue to be the product to program Logix5000 controllers for discrete, process,
