Sir,I am directed to invite your kind attention on the above subject and letter under

reference. Monitoring report of compliance to conditions stipulated in Environment Clearance

accorded for Bulk drug unit at Plot no. B-14, MIDC, Chincholi, Mohol, Solapur, Maharashtra

by MIs. Sri Krishna Drugs Limited is enclosed herewith. It is observed that:

Following conditions were not complied:

General Condition no.IV

Monitoring of gaseous emissions (HCI, C12, CO2, VOC & HC) is not being carried out

General Condition no.V

Monitoring of HC and VOC is yet to be carried out.

General Condition no.XI

Fugitive emissions monitoring is yet to be carried out.

General Condition no. XVII

Rain water harvesting is yet to be implemented.

General Condition no. XXIV

Six monthly compliance reports were not submitted regularly

General Condition no. XXV

Paper advertisement was given in 2015.

Partial compliances were observed in following conditions:

CHWTSDF membership was obtained after the stipulated time in Environmental

Clearance

Specific Condition no.XII

Solvent recovery percentage was less than stipulated in Environmental Clearance

Specific Condition no.XXI

Eco-development plan is yet to be submitted to MPCB.

This issues with the approval of Competent Authority.
