The Bora is a strong wind that blows in the north of Italy.

La bora è un forte vento che spira nel nord dell’Italia

Once, the Bora of Trieste was a sweet Nymph that enjoyed to cool the farmers who worked hard in the fields. She lived in the cave of Carso mount.

Un tempo la Bora di Trieste era una dolce Ninfa che si divertiva a rinfrescare i contadini che lavoravano duramente.Viveva nelle caverne del Carso.

Un giorno arrivarono degli uomini malvagi che costruirono le loro case sui campi e uccisero il dio preferito della ninfa .

One day some wicked men arrived and built their houses on the farmers land and Killed Nimph’s favorite God .

La ninfa si trasformò in una strega piena di voglia di vendetta verso gli uomini .

The Ninph changed herself in a witch full of anger and revenge towards men .

La Bora divenne così nemica di tutti gli uomini e da allora ogni inverno ci fa sentire la sua rabbia con il suo soffio violento che devasta ogni cosa .

So the Bora became enemy of all human beings and from then on every winter she makes us her cold anger with her violent breat that destrois everythings.
