2nd Collection Next week, our parish will take up The Catholic Relief Services Collection (CRSC). Funds from this collection provide food to the hungry, support displaced refugees, and bring Christ’s love and mercy to all people here and abroad. Marriage In Christ Seminar The Marriage in Christ Seminar is a five-week seminar for couples who desire to strengthen their marriage, who want to establish good patterns of prayer & friendship or who are facing transition in their lives; e.g, having children, the empty nest, illness or retirement. The seminar invites couples to renew their love and affection for each other and for the Lord, to deepen their unity as a couple and to celebrate the presence of God in ordinary life. 40 Cans for Lent Albany Knights of Columbus Council 1577 and the Parish collect canned goods or dry goods for sharing with those in need during Lent. Please drop off your gifts in the bins by either door in the entry ways.

weekend collection basket. Please use a separate envelope marked “K of C Spring Fun Bus to Spirit

Mountain” Reservations Confirmed upon receipt of payment. (No Refunds)

Over the years keys have been given out to parishioners. Some of those people have moved away, some

keys have been lost. In order to keep our parish family protected, we are going to re-key our doors. This will

begin around March 23rd and go on into mid-April and will cover the church and Parish Center. Once the

re-keying begins, you will need a new key to get into the church or the rooms. The re-keying does NOT

include cupboards.

We want to be sure everyone has the access they need for their various ministries. To that end, if you have a

key, please bring it to the office beginning March 24th. This will help us be sure we don’t miss anyone as we

hand out new keys.

Due to influenza and the corona virus, we are still abstaining from the precious blood at communion, unless

you are a celiac who cannot consume the host. During Communion, there will be a cup by the ambo for

those people only. Further, we are asking people to refrain from holding hands during the Our Father and

shaking hands at the Sign of Peace. Instead give a nod, a smile, or a wave along with saying “Peace be with

you.”

This will continue until further notice. Thank you for helping us keep each other healthy.
