Main ActivitiesWe are leader manufacturer in Water & Seawater treatment Systems and Plants since more than 20 years.Our job consists in purifying the water to assure that it can be drinkable in the most possible situations or suitable for any kind of use according to the needs of the customers.

Receiving the most quantities of infomation about your needs help us to answer to you with the best and more suitable projects.Labeau infact rapresents the ideal partner to analyze your needs, to study the correct solutions, to execute tests of simulations with pilot systems and therefore to manufacture the final system: from the phase of planning to the production, from the installation to the final test thrtough the continuous maintenance.

Advantages using Labeau Tunisie productsWe often use Reverse Osmosis in order to answer to the requirements of our customers, because it’s the simplest technique, the more natural, the most economic and not polluting technique.

Its characteristics. Easy to use: It does not demand specific operations neither for the use neither for the maintenance. Natural: because it takes advantage of the natural principle of osmosis in order to realize the water purification. Economic: it do not use resines, particular substance or expensive material. Long duration: the membrane of reverse osmosis (the heart of the system) has a typical life between the 2-3 years. It does not pollute: using the osmotic principle that is natural it does not pollute.

Reverse Osmosis is used in order to produce pure water for different purpose, and usually is requested a pretreatment system to preserver the membranes from fouling and a post-treatment unit to polishing the water for the final use.

Reverse Osmosis eliminates until the 97-98% of the inorganic substances from feeding water and until the 98-99% of those organic ones.

When you need to produce more than 1000m3/dayyour answer is ROMP Plus System.

ROMP Plus System:is a project that resolve your water’s purification problem. It is not only a system but more systems that use different techniques to produce the quality that you need in the quantity that you want.

1. Analisis: all the information are processed to get the best solution. A complete chemical analysis of feed water is requested to understand the problem.2. Project: Our engineering office design the system by cad software and specific program to test and calculate the water production.3. Sample realization: In according to the project is possible to produce a pilote system (smaller sample) to really test the final system.4. Final Realization: The system is build in our factory in Ospedaletto Pisa Italy – All the component and/or the systems are easy to install5. Maintenance program: it’s very important to guarantee the good work of the system.

WATER POTABILISATION and DESALINISATION SYSTEM60-10000 m3/day (16000-285000GPD)

STANDARD EQUIPMENT OF ROSEAPL/ROPLANTROMP & ROS systems consist in the following stages:

- Self carrying Structure - dimension 7000x2000x2000h.mm. in the standard version, built with steel inox AISI316 outlined, of section 80/40x40mm knit between them. The structure is palletized in order to facilitate the transport and accept RO vessels lenght for 6 membranes.It’s available, as optional, the full installation of the plant inside isolating container for a quicker installation. Different solutions are possible.- A PLC central with LCD color touch-screen is located on the frontal panel. By the LCD is possible to controll all the section of the plant. All the parameters of the plant as pressure, temperature, conductivity, etc., are displayed on the LCD.- Pre-treatment by Multimedia filration sized according to the RO flow rate and SDI of raw water.- Heavy duty 40” 5µm sediment Multifilter - external case polypropylene or AISI316L- High pressure pump. AISI904and AISI316L high pressure booster pump (400V).- Ro System includes reverse osmosis modules, production is 60-30000m3/day- Automatic electronic system control display: - System in operation indicator - Conductivity inlet and outlet - Lighted On/Off controls - Pressure inlet- Automatic control of stand-by and cleaning of reverse osmosis membranes.- Automatic dosing system for antiscalant product.

As these systems have an elevated capacity, is necessary a full chemical analysis of feeding water to choose the right pretreatment system.
