The9 CS20009 Carbon9 &9 Sulphur9 instruments9 utilise9 the9 latest9 in9 infrared9technology9 to9 determine9 the9 concentration9 of9 the9 sample.9 The9 system9uses9 a9 vertical9 resistance9 furnace9 design9 to9 eliminate9 the9 problems9associated9with9traditional9horizontal9tube9furnaces.9The9advantage9of9 the9 vertical9 furnace9 is9 that9 thermal9 chock9 caused9 by9 cold9combustion9 crucibles9or9boats9do9not9 come9 into9 contact9with9the9hot9combustion9tube.9The9CS20009includes9a9489position9autosampler9as9standard9with9the9analysed9crucibles9being9placed9back9into9their9original9position.
