Ladies that UX Global

Since September 2013 Ladies that UX has grown from a bold idea in a Manchester bar to an international meetup for Ladies across the world.

To create a welcoming and collaborative community of inquisitive women, that aim to push the boundaries and promote women in UX. Now operating in over 50 cities, with 3K members on LinkedIn and a combined total of over 13K followers on Twitter, we are creating a global movement that empowers women in their roles.

Ladies that UX in Cape Town

Ladies that UX aims to create a space for Cape Town women in UX to build professional and personal relationships with other women in the UX community.

Through engaging and talking about experiences, as well as peer inspiration and mentorship, we hope to provide women with the chance to support support each other, push the UX boundaries, and promote female skill and talent.

Creating the Cape Town chapter of LTUX

The availability of a global network of leaders in Ladies that UX, along with supportive on-boarding information, provided inspiration to fully on-board and advertise the Launch Event.

Within 2 weeks, our meetup group grew to over 50 members and we needed to upgrade our subscription. This was our first confirmation that there was definitely a need here!
