LAKE MARIE MUD RUN 2014 Friday, October 31, 2014 Slide 2 LAKE MARIE INSANITY MUD RUN In our efforts to promote physical activity, this year the Lake Marie PTA will be organizing an Insanity Mud Run Fundraiser. Each student is encouraged to collect donations from sponsors to participate in an obstacle course. Slide 3 Fun, Fun, Fun!!! The obstacle course will include water slides, slip-n-slides and lots of mud!!! Slide 4 Donation Incentives $25 minimum donation= Mud Run event t-shirt $50 minimum donation= Mud Run event t-shirt & dance admittance $75 minimum donation= Mud Run event t-shirt, dance admittance & limo ride. Slide 5 Prizes THE STUDENT WHO COLLECTS THE MOST FUNDS WILL RECEIVE A BICYCLE! 1st RUNNER UP WILL RECEIVE A SCOOTER! 2nd RUNNER UP WILL RECEIVE A $50 TOYS R US GIFT CARD! Slide 6 Treasure Box Week One 10/20- Bring your sponsor page form with a minimum $10 donation for your choice at a Treasure Box item. Slide 7 Water Soakers Week Two 10/27- With a minimum $20 donation you will receive a water soaker to use the day of the event! Slide 8 Thank you for your support!! Event will take place on Week 3, Friday 10/31/14. Please turn money in after Week 3, Monday 11/3/14. Slide 9 But waittheres more!!!! Students who raise $50 dollars or more will be invited to attend a special dance in the MPR on November 7 th. We hope to see you there! Thank you for your support.
