We provide a 90 day manufacturer’s warranty on all products contained in this particular catalog, our Imports Range of economy banner stands and display products.

We also provides 1 year limited warranty on all indoor and outdoor inkjet graphics, and a 6 month limited warranty on dye-sub fabric graphics when used outdoors. This warranty coverstunneling, de-lamination, and general color fading.

Standard Warranty: Should you have a problem with any of this catalog’s product within its given warranty period please contact the customer support representa-tive, who will ask you ‘standard questions’ to determine the nature of the product failure and toestablish the level of solution. Upon authorization toreturn the problem product, all returns must be made to Braingraphix within 2 weeks of the RMA.
