What are we going to do this year? We are going to be learning vocabulary and key phrases in the Spanish language in many different ways including singing, dancing, role-playing, and crafts to help you to appreciate cultural differences between our culture and those of Spanish-speaking countries around the world. !Hola! My name is Mrs. Heppner and I will be joining the LaMotte team as the new Spanish teacher this year! A Montana native I was raised in Huntley near Billings. My family and I moved back into MT from Dickinson, ND three years ago where I received my Bachelor of Science degree and taught junior high and high school Spanish classes for 7 years. I later went on to receive my Masters in School Counseling degree from Northern State University SD and practiced as a high school counselor for 3 years. I have traveled extensively to Mexico and have guided students through Spain. I am always looking forward to more adventures and hope to be able to travel more. I am so thrilled to be your child’s teacher and I look forward to getting to know everyone. Please stop by and say “Hola” sometime.
