2 SERVES/MAKES COOKING TIME: < 15 min COOKING STYLE: Stove LANCEWOOD® CREAMY MACARONI & CHEESE INGREDIENTS: 200 g macaroni 250 ml LANCEWOOD Sauce Delight™ Cheese Sauce 30 ml melted butter 60 ml fresh breadcrumbs 60 g LANCEWOOD® Cheddar , grated 15 ml fresh parsley, chopped Optional ingredient additions: Fried onions, fried mushrooms, fried bacon, ham or salami, steamed peas or cauliflower florets, fried yellow, red or green peppers. METHOD: Cook the macaroni according to the instructions on the packet. Strain and keep warm. Remove the foil and place the LANCEWOOD Sauce Delight™ tub in the middle of a microwaveable plate, heat for 1 minute, stir and heat for another minute. Alternatively heat the sauce in a small saucepan over medium heat. Stir regularly for approximately 3 minutes. Remove from the heat.Add to the cooked macaroni and mix through. Mix in any of the optional ingredient additions as you please. To finish: Mix the melted butter, breadcrumbs and the grated LANCEWOOD® Cheddar together and sprinkle over the macaroni. Place under the grill and grill for 5 minutes or until golden. Finish with chopped parsley and serve warm. PRODUCTS USED: Page 1 of 2
