city, west of Dunnington, with excellent access being
directly south of the A166.
LOCATION:
The land is located approximately 1/2 mile west of
Dunnington, 3.5 miles east of York and less than 1/2 mile
east of Murton.
DIRECTIONS:
At the Grimston Bar roundabout take the A166 heading
towards Stamford Bridge after half a mile the gated
entrance is located on the right hand side as indicated by
