Due to the rising levels through-out the country, there is growing pressure on Government, this affects the private rent sector:
4.5 million people in the private rent sector are now living in poverty in 2016 (it was 2.2 million in 2004/5).
Evictions from the private rent sector is now the main cause of homelessness nationally.
Homelessness across the country has risen 54% since 2010.
