AXA created a new support service for the increasingly profitable independent broker sector. We named the service, and devised a communications strategy to instigate a dialogue that ensured brokers were engaged with the AXA brand and reflected their partner status. We then designed and built a digital presence for each executive, supported by a social media strategy - a first for AXA. The new service had 92% take-up and the additional revenue from this broker group had risen by over £320,000 in the first few months of launch.
