Reporting An Issue

To report an issue, you must provide at a minimum the TAC report, which contains the run log, RTLog (Real Time Log), ClientLog, TASStatus, report file (s) and exported test suite (.ste file). This providesenough initial data for support to attempt to recreate the issue in thelab.

If you are unable to save a TAC report, from the Landslide Test Resultswindow, save the report file, the run time log and wireshark trace (ifapplicable). Use the Landslide GUI->Admin->Test Suite Exporterfunction to export the test session in lieu of a TAC report.

The next slides will provide you with the steps to collect the TACreport, the Wireshark and Debug Traces.
