Is your child cold in the mornings? Can’t find their jacket or jumper? Has their hat gone missing? CHECK LOST PROPERTY… it is overflowing with items. If you’ve lost anything, please ask your child/children to look in lost property or pop by yourself. Lost property is located on the verandah behind the Kit Kirkwood Hall/Canteen and is accessible 24hrs a day.

How is lost property managed? The Uniform Shop is not responsible for lost property. Lost property relies on the school community to look out for lost items and return them to the lost property shelves. A system called RagTagd was introduced to help reduce loss of property and the Uniform Shop was asked to provide uniform items that incorporated this system. What is RagTagd? RagTagd is a system that works by registering uniform items with a specific code through text messaging. This in turn provides the ability to notify owners by text message if lost items have been returned to Lost Property and scanned. The system only works if lost items have been taken back to the lost property shelves and the RagTagd scanner can read the codes and send text messages to owners. If an item is taken by someone else and they try to re-register that item, the original owner will receive a message to say someone has tried to re-register the item. Extra RagTags can be purchased at the the Uniform Shop for $10 a pair. This system relies on the school community to help each other by returning lost items to the lost property shelves

and to be honest and not take items that do not belong to them. Contact Details Uniform Shop Enquiries can be made on PH: 9427 1024 & 9427 2155 ext 137 Email: [email protected] OR Volunteers: [email protected]

On behalf of the Lane Cove Public School P&C, I would like to thank you for your support of Lane Cove Public School through your donation.

All donations were auctioned off at our Annual Fundraiser event held on Saturday 15th June 2019 at the Lane Cove Golf Club to great success. This year’s event generated over $16,000 which will go towards key school resources for our children.

The generous support of local small businesses makes a difference to the 880 Kindergarten - Year 6 children of Lane Cove Public School, their families, and to the broader Lane Cove community.

Once again, thank you for your support and generosity!
