General Remarks - Tuition fees are approximate, based on completion of the minimum number of credits for graduation.

- Duolingo: Due to COVID-19, Langara College is temporarily introducing Duolingo as an alternative test to meet

the English Language for admission purposes only for Fall 2020, Spring 2021 and Summer 2021. We display the

score required for admission into each program in the Minimum Requirement section as “DUO”, followed by

the respective minimum required score. Programs that do not display “DUO” in their requirements do not

accept Duolingo as an alternative.

- IELTS: We only accept the “Academic” version of the exam for admission purposes.

- TOEFL: We will temporarily be accepting the TOEFL Special Home Edition. We do not accept TOEFL ITP and

TOEFL PDT for admission purposes.

- Students must submit transcripts and diploma both in the original language and certified English translation.

- Once admitted to the program, students may be required to take the Langara English Test (LET) and/or Math

Diagnostics Test (MDT) or their equivalents, to prove eligibility to take the courses with pre-requisites, necessary

to complete their program.

- Co-op Placement: Paid position for a specific academic term spread through the student’s educational program.

Students registered in some programs can complete one or two co-op (work) terms. To qualify for the Co-op

Program, student must fulfill some program requirements and complete additional credits. Students must end
