2. Definition of Project Scope (Objectives and Benefits for Stakeholders);

3. Define the Product/Service to be provided and relevant requirements;

4. Definition of Project WBS (at least at Level 3);

5. Define the Project Organization;

6. Definition of timeline and relevant Gantt Chart;

7. Fomulate hypotesis of Project Costs;

8. Provide Risk Analysis and related mitigation actions;

9. Along the previous steps, identify possible Constraints (fur sure there will

be some!);

10. Highlight any assumption considered during the previous steps;
