Special Requests Customer has prioritized two locations as following, 01.New building (Clinic area, Training area, Staff and Lab) 02.Old building (server room ,OPD ,Account, Birth Registration , Admission and director room) If we are going to implementation above two locations that we need to inter connection between switches. There are 3 racks locations in above two buildings. (Already rack locations are marked) 01.server room Old Building 02.Deputy Director room 03.New building Ground floor The fiber cable already has been laid between these two racks and they requested to use it for this option.



Other Observations / Special Considerations / Notes

01. Main server room Located at old building, the Customer has to terminate all external connection (Internet and telephone) in server room therefor SLT fiber link has been terminated on server room. So LGN.2 rack also mount in server room. (as per customer recommendation )

If we are considering customer prioritize, that following materials are required, Switches – 2nos Fiber Patch Cord – 4nos Racks – 2nos UPS – 2nos UTP Patch Panel – 2nos Server room switch – 3 nos Ap (Server room, Account , Director room) Deputy Director room switch -3 nos AP (Birth Registration , Admission, OPD) New building Ground floor switch - 6 nos AP (Clinic area, Training area, Staff and Lab) Total 12 AP’s 02 .Power DB located at near the server room , grounding is ok
