LDC is missing seeing all our members and their dogs at our weekly training in both

Agility and Obedience. We hope you all are enjoying the time spent with your dogs

and managing to go on some good walks and carry on some training at home! Sara is

posting a few training videos on our LDC Facebook site which is aimed mainly at our

new Members in beginners and the puppy classes and we hope these are helpful for

homework. Please take a look and post any training videos! We will of course be in

touch as soon as we can to re-start the training classes. Above all stay safe and well

and stay home and let’s hope that we all get back to normal very soon!

won runner up in the Agility Club

    Annual Awards Small Grade 4

    League. Winners and runners up

    received beautiful personalised

    crystal vases and rosettes which

were presented at The kennel Club

    Headquarters in March.

  • Agility members may be interested in joining the Agility Club online at:

    agilityclub.org.

There is a membership fee, for which you would receive the following:

    1) ‘The Voice’. This is a monthly magazine which keeps you up to date with changing

rules at KC shows as well as interesting agility articles.

    2) The Agility Club hosts a 3 day Championship and Premier Kennel Club show at

Ardingly, where you can have a chance of running in the Starters Finals, Junior Finals

    or Invitationals.

    3) The club also runs the Annual Awards, in which individual club members can enter

their placings from KC shows throughout the year into a league format and be in with

a chance of “winning the league”. The points can also be associated with member’s

training clubs. So the more members that join, the more chance Lapford Dog Club

has of climbing up the KC leagues.

A couple of SAVE THE DATES in your diary for later this year:

19 July 2020: Lapford Dog Club 2nd KC Agility Show, registration is now open

6 September 2020: Lapford Dog Club 25th anniversary celebrations – details to

    follow
