WHAT WE DOFor nearly 50 years, ArtsFund has strengthened the Puget Sound community by partnering with individuals and businesses to support the arts. By giving to ArtsFund, you help arts organizations reach over seven million people each year with world-renowned music and film, exhibits, dance and theatrical performances.

Award Grants Your single donation is leveraged through ArtsFund’s trusted allocations process, which awards annual grants to a broad range of regional cultural organizations. In 2015, 55 cultural organizations received $2.4 Million in operating support. Since 1969, ArtsFund has invested over $73 Million in grants to over 100 organizations.

Build Leadership Your gift to ArtsFund makes cultural nonprofits stronger, more stable and strategic. It also goes to train the next generation of arts donors and nonprofit leaders through our Board Leadership Training, Convenings, and Associates Volunteer Programs.

Research ArtsFund conducts periodic Economic Impact Studies documenting the cultural sector as a regional economic driver. For the results from the 2014 study visit www.artsfund.org/EIS. We also administer the Cultural Resource Collective, a shared audience-building database.

Advocate We provide leadership and partner in promoting legislative initiatives such as Cultural Access Washington and Building for the Arts, furthering public investment in arts and culture.

Innovate Our regional arts crowdfunding platform, power2give.org/PugetSound, connects donors with arts projects and is fueled by an ArtsFund match. In its first two years, the platform generated $850,000 to support 168 projects from 87 groups throughout three counties.
