With great pride, Las Doñas de la Corte welcomes you to the 62nd annual Buccaneer DaysCoronation, The Court of Celebratory American Festivals and Events.Nothing is as American as celebrating our great nation with its regional heritages and festivities.This year’s court shines the spotlight on some of the most beloved annual celebrations, festivals,parades, sporting events and soirees from around the country.Please join us in a magical sojourn from coast to coast and experience these great United States asthey were intended, as a great melting pot of cultures, people and traditions.From celebrating our amazing accomplishments as a nation to glorifying the unique passions weshare, these interpretations of the greatest American festivals and events by Yma Urban were drawnand rendered in vibrant colors by Houston artist Jeffrey Linthicum, along with Becky Davis, LuraDietze, Susan Hicks, Karen Humphrey, Carol Thaxton and Yma Urban.
