Verbatim Laser Toner Quality ProgramBesides the A-Grade OPC drums and toner provided by Mitsibushi Chemical Corporation used for the production of the Verbatim Toner Cartridges, every single production batch is post-tested before packaging to ensure the Verbatim high quality level. All test data is registered and can be provided for analysis purposes.
WarrantyVerbatim Laser Toner Cartridge Guarantee
Verbatim toner cartridges for laser printers are subject to the strictest of quality-control procedures through every stage of production. Before leaving the factory, a test print-out is carried out on every single cartridge to check that the print quality is perfect. All tests and checks are carried out to extremely strict criteria.
Each Verbatim toner cartridge comes complete with a 100% new long-life OPC drum. Toners are perfectly matched with the OPC drums to offer a long lasting print result that is not only clean and sound, but also ensures the greatest possible print yield.
Verbatim warrants its laser toner cartridges to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 3 years from the date of purchase by the user. If a defect is found the liability and remedy shall be at your option for either a free replacement toner cartridge or a full refund on the toner cartridge.
This Verbatim guarantee is only valid if the cartridge us used as intended. This guarantee does not cover damage to your cartridge caused by improper use, incorrect use, neglect or accidental damage.
