The New Engineering SpiritThe MARK-UNO Open LASER welding Machine has been designed to allow operators to exploit at max the larger welding chamber.

A wider and single front hands access permits to easily handle larger than usual pieces to be LASER welded there inside.

Its vertically driven shape enables to drastically reduce its footprint so to make it easily place able over a reduced in depth size (Only 50 cm) working table.

Now at its fifth series, the MARK-UNO/7500 is the first really compact LASER Welder.

Designed to ensure that the operators are able to exploit all the space available inside the large welding chamber, a wider and single front hands access permits to easily handle facilitate the movement of the objects, even when large and bulky.

Its vertical structure has contributed to a drastic reduction of its space consumption- the machine is only 50 cm deep and has made easy its positioning on small working surfaces or its hanging on wall.

In addition to offering best performance, a high production capacity and a compact size, the constant research for new solutions has led OROTIG to the introduction of new functions such as:

A new human/machine interface which, using a color touch screen display, allows fast access to working parameters and easy management of options.

A USB Pen Drive, which in addition to being the "Black BOx" of the LASER Welding Machine, Makes it possible to save working parameters and apply software upgrades.

100 memory cells to save work settings. 5 pre-set wave forms (pulse-shaping) to obtain higher quality of welding on

all types of alloys. A LED lighting system for the chamber. "On Board Camera" OBC system, patented by OROTIG, which allows to see

and reproduce the welding images on a wide HD integrated screen of 8.5" The release of Argon gas directly onto the welding surface and co-axially to

the spot with the possibility to control post-gas and pre-gas. Powerful and silent hydraulic cooling circuit designed to support large work

cycles. Motorized regulation of welding point diameter. Minimum spots just 0.1 mm in diameter, made possible by the patented

OROTIG system “Spot Size Control System”
