Salon  Etiquette                    Bookings:  Bookings  are  essential  for  The  Beauty  Room,  however  we  will  do  our  best  to  fit  you  in  at  the  most  convenient  time  for  you.      Arrival:  Please  arrive  15  minutes  before  your  treatment  starts.  Appointments  must  finish  at  the  allotted  time,  so  please  be  fashionably  early.  Slip  into  our  luscious  lounge,  slow  down  to  spa  pace  and  sip  a  delicious  herbal  tea  as  you  complete  your  consultation  form  or  just  relax.    Cancellation/  Change  Policy:  48hrs  notice  of  any  cancellation  is  kindly  required.  50%  of  the  treatment  cost  will  be  charged  for  no  shows.  Gift  vouchers  will  be  forfeited  for  no  shows  or  when  adequate  notice  is  not  given.      Public  Holidays:  A  15%  surcharge  applies  on  Public  Holidays.      Gift  Vouchers  available:  The  perfect  gift,  redeemable  in  The  Beauty  Room  or  The  Day  Spa.
