Working as a nurse for Adecco Helse you will be stationed at one of our clients:
Municipal and private health care institutions and hospitals.
Requirements• Minimum 6 weeks work for each rotation• Minimum of 1854 hours over 24 months (50% position)• 2 positive references
Guarantees• At least 2500 hours of work the first 24 months (67% position)• Work within 2 months after passing the official B1 test• At least 2 Spanish nurses at each working location• Your own consultant helping with work, housing and travel• Common benefits and services as the clients own emplyees
No financial obligationsWhen you work for Adecco you have no financial obligation towards us.
Travel and housingAdecco will cover your travel expenses (air travel) between major cities in Spain and your place of work in Norway.
Adecco will provide adequate housing facilities for you here. Shared apartments with other nurses.
Free language schoolWe will cover all your expenses regarding language training.
Salary (1EUR = NOK 8)
Minimum salary per hour:
Daytime: NOK 192 (EUR 24) Evening: NOK 248 (EUR 31)Night: NOK 248 (EUR 31)
Additional salary for Saturday and Sunday work: NOK 50 (EUR 6)
Extra 12 % salary is paid in June next year based on acquired gross salary (in holiday payment)
5 weeks holiday: 3 weeks in September and 2 weeks in January

A nurse working a full year in Norway in a 3 shift rotation, total 1854 working hours, will earn approximately EUR 55.000.
Minimum salaries apply to nurses with less than 4 years of experience. If you have more experience from Spain, your salary will be higher.

B1 language test = Qualified to work in nursing homes and care centers.
For highly skilled and motivated nurses Adecco will offer language courses with the objective of passing the “Bergenstest” (the equivalent of B2/C1).
Bergenstest = Qualified to work in a hospital.
For nurses in Norwegian hospitals the minimum salary is approximately €31/hour, plus extra for overtime and inconvenient hours (evening, night and weekend).
A nurse working a full year in a Hospital, in a 3 shift rotation, total 1854 working hours, will earn approximately EUR 70.000.
