Last Chance Patriots in ActionLast Chance Patriots is continuing to work hard to bring great speakers to Montana!

During the week of April 16th Shahram Hadian will be here to share his warning about The Trojan Horse of Interfaith Dialogue between Christians and Muslims. This insidious movement has taken hold of many of our local churches and we all need to be aware of the dangers of such fallacy. Whatever your position is regarding Interfaith, you won’t want to miss Pastor Hadian’s presentation. Details about locations, times, and cost of admission is elsewhere in this newsletter.

We have said many times that 2018 is a critical year for our future. Many decisions will be made this year that will have significant impact on America and on Montana. Will we send a new Senator to D.C. or will we settle for another term of Jon Tester marching to the drumbeat of the progressive agenda? Will the plans for a huge meat-packing facility in Great Falls move forward despite a loud opposing cry from Montanans? Will more Muslim refugees be resettled in Missoula…or maybe Helena…or maybe Billings? In other words, will we Save our State and help to Make America Great Again? Or will we settle for the drip, drip, drip of decline like California, Chicago, Baltimore and other cities and states in our country? It’s up to you.

Missoula Refugee Update thru March 26, 2018 An interesting update this month. One refugee from the Democratic Republic of Congo was resettled in Missoula between February 24th and March 26th. One refugee? Not a family, not a married couple, just a single person. Could be a family member of previously settled refugees, but we don’t know because that level of information is not available on the federal refugee resettlement website and the “welcoming” folks in Missoula, the IRC and Soft Landing, refuse to give that information to us, citing privacy concerns. It is interesting to note that Missoula will be celebrating with great fanfare its annual Celebrate Islam Week, April 8th through 14th. The kickoff event will be hosted at the Missoula First Presbyterian Church. One wonders if the Missoula church has an equivalent “Celebrate Christianity Week”. This week of Islam honoring activities is promoted by the SALAM (Standing Alongside America’s Muslims) organization in Missoula. SALAM is also sponsoring a presentation in April by Wilmot Collins, the new Mayor of Helena. Mark my words, Muslim refugees will be resettled in Helena in the next 12 months if Mr. Collins has anything to say about it!

As we approach one full week since the Dinesh D’Souza event at the Bigfork Performing Arts Center, those responsible can take a well earned breath and relax (until the next event).

I want to take this opportunity to extend my gratitude to each and every individual who worked so diligently to make the event a success. The Playhouse was packed. SRO. Those in attendance were treated to our special guest, Dinesh D’Souza and his beautiful and talented wife Debbie. Those who brought it together were our own angels and tireless heroes: Caroline Solomon, Dee Kirk-Boon, Ladeine and Ray Thompson, Linda Sauer and Ed Kugler.

The Master of Ceremonies, our very own Mayor of Kalispell, Mark Johnson, began the festivities on time and with candor and aplomb. The program was filled with unique and special participants. The Invocation was given by longtime friend and neighbor, John Donoghue; The Pledge of Allegiance was led by one of our young high school students, Braxton Shewalter; a special musical number performed by Ladeine and Ray Thompson; a memorable performance by Debbie D’Souza leading the audience with The National Anthem; and an introduction of Mr. Dinesh D’Souza by Jerry Molen.

The highlight of the evening, of course, was the presentation by Mr. D’Souza. It was more than just a speech about the greatness of America. It was a history lesson that carefully wove the context of our history through the actions of our 16th President of the United States, Abraham Lincoln. The reality of our growth as a nation was not without it’s moments of gravity but to know the truth about the importance of the Republican Party, was to many people, news of the moment.

The event ended with a standing ovation and a sense of relief. Every book on hand was purchased and signed and the Sponsors dinner was a complete success. The Bigfork Inn did a great job. The particulars of getting the event to the point of people filling seats must be acknowledged and any out of sorts rumors put to rest . Yes, there was a bit of pre-event publicity and letters to the editor that gave cause for a touch of angst, but in the end, the event was without incident and all of us involved were grateful and thrilled that the people of Montana came through – again.

As to our special guest…….what a great American. He is so often slammed by the media (anyone surprised?) but continues to work for a better America. He understands the end result is so important. He understands the importance of liberty and our basic freedoms. He understands individual responsibility and our precious Constitution. He gets it. He lives it. He shares it with the world. We can all be forever grateful to him for that.

Personally, I look forward to the next time. We will have a bigger venue, more lead time and a greater attendance. There is a certain magic living in this country. It is the magic that keeps us rooting for the heroes who protect us and those who speak to the truths about the greatness of America. Dinesh D’Souza is part of that magic. We are eternally grateful.

Gerald R. (Jerry) Molen is semi-retired from the motion picture and television industry after a prodigious career that has spanned over 60 years. Upon his discharge from the Marine Corps, he started his career in Hollywood working in the transportation department at Republic Pictures. His rise through the ranks at various positions in the industry led to his ultimate achievement of being recognized as an Academy Award winning film producer for the 1993 Best Picture, Schindlers List. Some of his other producing credits include Jurassic Park, Hook, The Lost World - Jurassic Park, The Other Side of Heaven and Minority Report and “2016 – Obama’s America” and “America-Imagine the World Without Her” and the recent “Hillary’s America”.

After the events of September 11, 2001, Stephen Coughlin was mobilized from his private sector career to the Intelligence Directorate at the Joint Chiefs of Staff to work in Targeting. Thus began his education in terrorism. In the years that followed, Coughlin earned recognition as the Pentagon’s leading expert on the Islamic-based doctrines motivating jihadi groups that confront America.

He came into demand as a trainer and lecturer at leading commands and senior service staff institutions, including the National Defense University, the Army and Navy War Colleges, the Marine Corps-Quantico, the State Department, and the FBI. So effective were his presentations that some in the special operations community dubbed them “Red Pill” briefings, a reference to an iconic scene in The Matrix. It’s an apt metaphor: Once the facts and doctrines are properly explained and understood, there is no going back. This was more than our enemies – and, it seems, our leaders – could tolerate.

Beginning in 2011, the Muslim Brotherhood convinced the White House to ban Coughlin and put an end to his briefings. The move was in keeping with shariah concepts of slander that seek to blindfold America to certain realities that render us defenseless against a threat made existential by the very ignorance it gets our leaders to enforce. In times like this – when the White House’s former counterterrorism strategist can declare it unconstitutional to allow national security analysts to look to Islam to understand jihad – there’s an urgent need to pull away the blindfold so we can see and confront the threat.

Such is the goal of Catastrophic Failure. The book, drawn heavily from Coughlin’s “outlawed” briefings, is a comprehensive assessment of Islamic law and doctrine known to form the basis of hostile threat strategies directed against America and the West, the challenges they present, and the ideologically induced breakdown of fact-based decision making that is nothing short of professional malpractice by our national security elites.

It’s only been a few weeks since the shootings at Parkland High School in Florida. A tragedy by any measure. Seemingly out of nowhere these young kids miraculously raised millions of dollars and began a dramatic show of support to stop school shootings. Protests across the country, presumably organized by the students themselves. It would be amazing if it were true.

According to Trevor Loudon, who spoke for the Last Chance Patriots last October, the true instigators, the organizers are the same radicals behind the Women’s Marches are behind these groups. They are rabidly anti-gun, anti-NRA and anti-President Trump. In the wake of the shootings the Women’s March ushered a new arm of the movement, the radical Women’s March Youth Empower group. They are the organizers behind much of this. They are sponsored by groups such as: Rock The Vote, Teen Vogue, Peace First, Rise To Run, The Gathering For Justice and Justice League NYC. You can check these groups out at either Trevor’s site www.keywiki.org or www.discoverthenetworks.org. They are sponsored by the Women’s March Network. Women’s March EMPOWER is also supported by Emerge America and Women’s Media Center.

The March for Our Lives group lists student leaders as Marjory Stoneman Douglas students David Hogg, Alex Wind, Emma Gonzalez and Cameron Kasky. Trevor says all are following scripts prepared by radical leftists who wait for this kind of event to take place. The demonstration took place on March 24th, in Washington, DC and throughout the country, including across Montana. They work in collaboration with the nonprofit organization Everytown for Gun Safety. The same organizers behind the Women’s March are behind this group as well. These same kids created the “Never Again” campaign. The march had the support of Justin Bieber, who has already reached out to the campaign. Other people and organizations offering support have included Gabby Giffords, Lauren Jauregui, Alyssa Milano, Moms Demand Action, Amy Schumer, St. Vincent, George Clooney, Oprah, Hayley Williams and many more.

Schools across Montana walked out with the full support of the Administrations and the newspapers, at least in our largest cities lapped it up like a dog would a drop of water if he was lost in the desert. To quote our friend Trevor Loudon, “These children are being weaponized by communists, leftists and radicals. Their movements are being fueled by grief and they are being given someone to blame: the NRA, President Trump and conservatives. A new revolutionary movement is being born with young people at its center and it is a communist radicalized one”.

Our kids are being mobilized much like Hitler did in Germany. Rise to the occasion. As this was unfolding did you wonder how they organized so fast, spoke the issues so articulate and suddenly had money and time to pull off this nationwide demonstration? Now you know. It is driven by the Left to push their agenda and as Chicago Mayor, Rahn Emmanuel said while he was Barack Obama’s Chief of Staff, “Never let a crisis go to waste”. It is not about the guns, its about the revolution.

Former Associate Justice of the Supreme Court came out for abolishing the Second Amendment. He’s in good company to think that way. Mao Zedong said, “All political power comes from the barrel of a gun. The communist party must command all the guns, that way, no guns can ever be used to command the party.” And Lenin said, “One man with a gun can control 100 without one.” Or how about “We don't let them have ideas. Why would we let them have guns?” proclaimed by everyones guy next door, Joseph Stalin. We wouldn’t want to miss what our former President said in the 90’s in a conversation with economist and Author John Lott Jr. at the University of Chicago Law School when he said, “I don’t believe people should to be able to own guns.”

Our way of life is under attack. The attacks are coming from all sides. And its only just begun.

Civil Rights Commission Plans 'Bordertown Discrimination' Forum in Hardin: The State of Montana’s Advisory Committee to the U.S. Civil Rights Commission will be holding a "Bordertown Discrimination" forum in Hardin on March 29. They are seeking information on bias against Native Americans. Committee Chair, Gwen Kircher, a resident of Billings, said the bias and racism aimed at Native Americans in Montana is just like the bias and racism aimed at African-Americans, Latinos and other minorities in other parts of the country. A fishing expedition?

Arts Missoula to Hire Global Cultural Director to Help Ease Refugees' Resettlement: Arts Missoula will hire a Director of Global and Cultural Affairs to help the city become more welcoming to refugees who resettle here. In a 9-2 vote Monday night, City Council members amended the city’s fiscal 2018 budget to provide $34,424 for the immediate hire. In fiscal 2019, the full-year budget implication will be $79,000. As described by Arts Missoula Executive Director Tom Bensen, the new Global and Cultural Affairs Director will develop programs in sensitivity training for local schools, city and county employees, and other public or private groups. All for a hundred refugees?

Fusion Centers and Montana: There was a recent report out of West Virginia finds the State Police visiting an Act for America Chapter Leader who placed a FOIA request for details on a local Mosque. How can that be? We all have a right to file FOIA requests. A little snooping reveals the tip for the visit came from the Federal Fusion Center. That led us to see if Montana has one and they do. That’s all we know right now but it falls under Attorney General, Tim Fox. Maybe more next month. The plot thickens.

Peoples Republic Update: The Missoula Housing Authority along with the Povarello Center put out an emergency call for help finding homes for 40 homeless families in Missoula. Seems to be a housing shortage. Of course that doesn’t stop Soft Landing from continuing the call for more refugees. A city of strange priorities.

Imagine for a moment there is a needy family in the neighborhood. They had a house fire, lots of smoke damage and the Mayor, a friend of yours stops by to ask a favor. Would you be able to put this family of five up while their house is being repaired? Being a kind pair, you and the wife say, “Sure".

You have a large home, so you give them the run of your place. You and your wife are Christians, attend church, ball games, go out to dinner, all the stuff American families do every day. You go to work, come home and enjoy quiet evenings together. You don’t know this particular neighbor that well but they seem nice. You and your wife can help out, and that’s good.

Your first surprise comes early the next morning when you and the wife begin to say grace at breakfast. Your new guests find that offensive. Don’t be saying it in their presence. You're surprised but, you committed to the Mayor. That evening you and the wife sit down for your favorite TV show when in walks your guests who say, “Please, no TV around us.” Again, you're taken aback but they’ve just lost much of their belongings, and the Mayor asked you, so the two of you go to bed, saying your prayers in private of course.

The next morning you get up to your usual breakfast of bacon and eggs when your guests come down. They give your wife a list of what they want to eat, and it's not what the two of you eat. You head off to work and stop by the Mayor's office for a chat. You share with him what’s been happening, and while he is sympathetic, he asks you to bear with them. Their just a little different and we do want our town to be friendly and welcoming. And by all means, he says, “Please don’t tell anyone about this or I’ll never get anyone to help out again.”

You are perplexed. And it’s about to get worse. You miss church Sunday to take your guests across town to visit relatives, the only time they could go. You returned to pick them up, and they had two more people with them for the ride home. The situation you find yourself in is undeniably beyond your imagination. You return home, go to the bedroom with your wife, for some privacy, and turn to her and say, “Who does that?”

Let that sink in while we take a look at who is doing that in America right this very minute. We’ll start with a short trip to Pennsylvania where a Muslim group went public demanding that a waiver is issued to Muslim children allowing them to alter sports uniforms to accommodate their Islamic religion. Umm.

We jump in the car and head over to New York City where the nations largest police force arrested two Muslim women for something. When they booked them the women protested saying they could not take off their Hijabs, masks for the unlearned because Islam prohibited them doing so. The cops treated them like all of us; it's a mug shot, take it off. All well and good until the Muslim activists show up and cry discrimination. The NYPD agreed to pay each of the women $90 grand for the intrusion. Now, Muslim women suspects can stay masked for their mug shots. Interesting.

Still, in the car, we head up to Worcester, Massachusetts, home of Holy Cross College. An old-line Catholic institution if there ever was one. There we find the un-indicted co-conspirator in the Holy Land Foundation trial, CAIR (Council on American Islamic Relations) demanding that Holy Cross College change the name of its mascot because it is offensive to, you guessed it, Muslims. It makes you wonder why they live here if they want to change everything?

A short hop to Atlanta, Georgia and we find CAIR once again, this time demanding that the Georgia Police change their anti-terror training curriculum so that it does not reflect poorly on, you guessed it. Muslims. They’re very effective at doing it, they ‘persuaded’ Robert Mueller’s FBI under President Obama to purge all references to Muslims or Islam from counter-terror training. When did it become in vogue to come to someones home and tell them how to live?

Another hop over to Missouri and head to the capital and there you shall find, yep, CAIR. They’re testifying before the legislature demanding laws to stop Islamaphobia in Missouri. In case you didn’t know it that’s a direct attack on the First Amendment, freedom of speech. Of course, the folks at CAIR are used to Sharia Law which makes commenting negatively on Muhammad or his religion can get you killed.

Imagine if the Mormons demanded we all be with our families on Monday night? How about the Seventh Day Adventists demanding we worship only on Saturday? Maybe the Jehovah Witnesses should demand we stop standing for the flag? The Amish could demand we have buggy lanes everywhere, no matter the cost. You get the point.

We started out with an imaginary story about some unappreciative house guests. Then we took a look at the real thing. Who does that? Well, the answer is Islam, that is who goes into every country they don’t control and demand the hosts acquiesce to their way of life. It is time for Americans to get real and open their eyes to the Trojan Horse of Islam. There is no middle ground in Islam. by Ed Kugler

It may come as a surprises to most Montanans but the United Nations has made great inroads right here under the Big Sky. You see the people behind the United Nations drive its efforts. One of those efforts is Agenda 21. That topic could take a whole book but flowing from Agenda 21 is the idea of ‘sustainable development’. The American Policy Center, who’ve been leading the fight for American property rights and sovereignty for over thirty years called it ‘Sustainable Development: Code for Reorganizing Human Society.

Agenda 21 is one of the mechanism the UN hopes to use to implement its one world government policies. In February 2015 Montana lawmakers rejected House Bill 583 by a small margin of 59-41. The Bill was sponsored by Republican Randy Pinocci, who sought to protect Montanans property rights from the encroachment of the UN plan in Montana. Apparently 59 lawmakers weren’t opposed to giving away sovereignty and property rights to the UN. It is well to note that President George H.W. Bush signed the agreement at the Earth Summit in Rio, 1992. However, he didn’t take it to the Senate for vote since it wasn’t a treaty. President Clinton then made it official when he issued Executive Order 12852.

Then Mayor of New York, Bill DeBlasio, speaking of Agenda 21’s ‘sustainable development’, told the New Yorker, “What’s been hardest is the way our legal system is structured to favor private property. I think people all over this city, of every background, would like to have the city government be able to determine which building goes where, how high it will be, who gets to lie in it, what the rent shall be.” Makes one wonder about the Mayors loyalties.

Which brings me to some Mayors and City Councils closer to our hearts than the Big Apple. You may be surprised to learn, maybe not, that the Montana city’s of Bozeman, Helena, Whitefish and of course, the Peoples Republic of Missoula have all signed the accord and are charging forward being good ‘international’ citizens that they are. They are implementing a UN vehicle developed to move us all under their control.

The Forward to the Agenda 21 document, among other things says, ‘Agenda 21 proposes and array of actions which are intended to be taken by every person on earth’. And further states, ‘It will require a reorientation of all human society unlike anything the world has ever experienced’. Very Marxist-Leninist of them wouldn’t you say? And I’m confident many of our Montana Mayors and City Councilman don’t have a clue. That excludes the Peoples Republic of course, they’re proud as the proverbial peacock.

So how does the UN pull this off. First they need some fellow Leftists, then add some useful idiots and follow that with a little deception. The UN started pushing it themselves through a committee and when resistance popped up they created an NGO (Non-governmental Agency) called the International Council for Local Environmental Initiatives or ICLEI. They funded it and people knew the connection and then one day they scrubbed their websites and voila’ ICLEI dropped the long name along with any hint of connection to the UN and that is who our Montana elected city officials signed their deal with. They are listed on the ICLEI website as ‘partners’. Remember that old show Laugh In? I can hear Ruth Ann now saying, “Isn’t that special”.

We are in a war for the survival of our way of life. We are losing. We are surrounded. We are in deep trouble. We’re beyond Republican and Democrat, and well beyond debate. The time for action is now.

CARE: Care enough to learn what’s happening to our State & Country. Care enough to do something to save the America we grew up in for our children and grandchildren. Care enough to do what you can.

ATTEND: Attend school events and see what is going on. Attend school board meetings and voice your opinion. Attend politicians visits and make your voice heard. Attend our events and bring others.

BRING: Bring friends and family members to our events and significant other events you attend. We each live in a circle of influence. We have people who look up to us and we them. Bring them to events and to your level of understanding.

HOLD: Hold small events in your home. We have DVD’s available. Invite one, two or many. Take part in educating others so that they understand the dire straits our country is in. The time is now.

WRITE: Write. Letters or emails to your Congressman, Senators, the President, your school board, the Governor, your State Senators and Representatives. Write letters to the Editor. Make your voice heard.

DONATE: Donate your time, your talents and what money you can spare. Our events and speakers cost money. Conference room spaces costs range from $250 to $1800. Speakers cost range from, a few who come and speak for just their expenses, to some who charge $2000 or more. Do what you can.

Contact Your Elected Officials You can seize the day and contact your representatives at both the state and national levels. Remember – we have a representative government and it is their job to listen to their constituents, so speak up!
