LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF LEE PAT KAN

1. This is the last Will and Testament of me, Lee Pat Kan (NRIC No. *****) of [address].

2. I revoke all former wills, codicils and other testamentary disposition heretofore made by me.

3. I appoint my son, Lee Song Nam and followed by his wife Jennifer and his youngest son, Lee Song Lai, in the event of any unforeseen circumstances.

4. I give my Harley Davidson (motorcycle) to Lee Song Nam.

5. I give my property known as No 5, Jalan Batu Muda, Kepong to Janet Mee Soo Lian

6. I give my property 1/9 of my shares in Timber Corporation to my Trustee to hold on trust for the furtherance of the charitable work of The Selayang Orphanage Centre.

7. I give my property known as Permai Resort Malacca to Janet Mee Soo Lian Lian provided she keep and taking care the health and education of Lee Swee Sin until she attains the age of 21 years old.

8. I give the rest and residue of my properties (out of which shall be paid my funeral and testamentary expenses and my debts) shall be distributed equally among my beneficiaries.
