mission & goal

The company was founded in November 1995, in Timisoara, with the nation –wide distribution of memory modules, becoming the leader of the Romanian memory-modules market in a very short period of time.

1997: LASTING begins distributing a whole range of IT systems, components and peripherals and becomes the first distributor of Fujitsu-Siemens Computers in Romania; it also becomes an Internet provider, on a regional market, centered on Timisoara and a software development team is founded

First International software development project: 1997; the experience gained in this field was extended in such a manner that, in 2000 a new company, LASTING Software emerged

1999: the IT Solution Timisoara BU is founded - system integrator active in Western Romania

2000: IT Solutions Bucharest BU & a support office of the distribution BU is opened in Bucharest

In recent years, Timisoara IT Solutions has achieved very good result in terms of consulting services and implementation of SAP integrated business solutions.
